The things that I learn on my own and the occasional coaching I get.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's actually the head of the site. He makes sure that I'm seemingly part of the account discussion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let me work on my own and explore things on my own. As a result, I learn a lot with very minimal supervision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership barely sees me as an integral member of the team and barely acknowledges me as part of the team. It will make me feel better if my compensation would actually be aligned to the market demand and with the value I have added to the company.
