Lower level management is much more knowledgeable than upper management. Upper management sits upstairs and tells us how much we need to produce and never take into account that we are human and after 10 hours are tired.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I know you are old and set in your ways, but if you want to retire in 10 or so years you need to at least know how to use excel, outlook etc. The younger generation is not here to teach you stuff you should have been picking up over time.

They are very dumb. Don't show up to work or late every day. Poor attitude. No sense of pride or urgency. They way it looks you get what you pay for. You use to have to know someone to get a job at Jewel. Now if you have a heart beat you are hired.

Nothing is good about working here. Ever since Albertsons took over the company has gone down. Every time Jewel has been sold we have got worse. But Albertsons has made it the worst of all. They have done nothing but take everything away.

Stop allowing people at the corporate level to bully people. It is so pervasive it seems others turn a blind eye. HR is aware and it still happens.

Well it starts with better work equipment the trucks break down constantly management doesn't understand what it takes to do the job also we can't get them to close lots so we can do normal maintenance work to be safe for the drivers

The process was much different 40 years ago. Now the processes do you have a heartbeat do you have a job. Qualifications for the store means nothing if you're a warm body you have a job. Desperation for working here is ridiculous. They don't offer anything to keep anybody or bring anybody new in.
