My direct leader is wonderful and amazing person and had worker. The people above her in the insurance services look at licensed agents as expendable and sales agents who are fresh out of college with zero insurance knowledge seem to be of way more value for some reason

It is unbelievable that they talk about AI while Employees work with Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. We do not have proper tools to get our job done. Moreover none of our systems are integrated.

Address profitability concerns from the top - set realistic pricing for all BUs and STOP giving away services. Selling on price point rather than value is killing associates. Continued cuts of team members servicing clients is turning into a death spiral. Teams are exhausted and burned out.

The amount paid for this position is highly under paid for the amount of training, knowledge, and versatility needed for the position. There are data centers that pay higher an hour with better PPO rates on their benefits. This is a Global, expanding company; it can afford to pay a livable wage.

I think in - team recognition may help; there is NPS and TNPS -- but what about coworkers fully utilizing mymoments? some of my team members have NEVER used that, some going on 3 years with ADP. Clear expectations for backing each other up, and not dodging cases and then transfering cases
