What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All the execs with millions of dollars and their 1980s ideas need to get ousted. I personally have voted against the current regime every stockholder meeting

Basically everything! They need to appreciate and motivate their employees. Happy employees are productive employees.

Actually knowing what they are doing, often they come to me for help with stuff as well as procedures and the like and I'm only a cashier

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is minimal but we are expected to work like crazy. They often cut back on hour hours so you could only work like 6 hours in a week and since it's paid hourly you don't get much

Employees are the only good thing about working here. We all feel the same way about how we are treated so we all stick up for each other

District and regional management is the worst, have them sit in the office more, that will drive sales

Everyone needs to work a day in every department so that everyone understands everyones job and what it takes to do it daily.

everything. We work every holiday. pay is horrible so we are constantly understaffed

1-2% raises need to be replaced with a livable raise, covering inflation ever year means we don't get a raise.
