Listen to the associates on their concerns, ideas, and opinions. As of right now, Best Buy corporate and store leadership has killed morale and turned a blind eye to safety during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently in a Hourly Area Supervisor position and I do not see very much of a difference in what I am doing to an Area Manager. At least not enough to equate to the difference in pay.

I'd feel better if Best Buy would up the pay for field employees like they did for store employees. If they got a raise from $10/hr to $15/hr for having no additional responsibilities, shouldn't we also get a raise? Why should I can about my work anymore?

We have the most diverse team that I personally have ever been a part of and I think it brings a certain level of uniqueness to the building that I enjoy.

All stores are running on a skeleton crew, being mentally beat down by customers and store leadership, and the fact the the CEO and corporate managers have not listened to one thing we've had to say.
