management never appreciates the good workers. instead, they let their favorites slack off. and the good workers dont get any praise.

Respect and doing things for the greater cause instead of just the bare minimum and only doing work that they need for themselves. No phones . It's a mess when there is no greater cause than working together for everyone to have a successful service. The customers should be valued .

better managent. our managers have the worst mindset and they only care about numbers. they dont care if food gets out fast. they care about bumping tickets fast.
