We are below market value for salary in most areas for first and second line employees and first line managers. It's a problem that if we don't resolve, we will continue to have a revolving door with top talent leaving the company for competitors or other employment.

I feel like I am a bit underpaid for the amount of work in my position and the stress that comes with that added responsibility. Either an increase in base pay, a stipend for internet costs/home office energy consumption/etc, or a mixture of those items would be what I am looking for

Provide a salary competitive with the market. Underpaid by about 20-40% for my experience depending on sector.

We are understaffed and overworked. And we are paid below the average for the role. We also have very high UTE expectations and bonuses are hard to hit because on low project hours. Being paid appropriately for the job would help retain the good people and stop all the turmover,

There is a lot of concern about quantity of time spent on tasks, and not so much on quality. With constant pressure to rush to completion, much is left behind in the way of customer experience. A value of quality in the context of compensation would better align to customer success (WHY vs What!).
