What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I personally feel like they need to lead better as well as keep in touch with staff

Allow an employee to do their job. Help them advance and excel in their job not "make them" maintain to even give up. Not express power control and not lead by example. The leaders should not belittle or talk about employees openly. Leaders should not "punish" employees. Respect how hard some work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay me but a 10$ a day

when discussed its expressed it is not a good time, let me speak to another director etc. When initially offered it was stated it would not be fair to pay $ to all the other employees. I dont discuss my pay and what an employee deserves is that. people talk so many do know and not happy with the pay

The Colisseum store only pays managers benefits. They have told us they want the young people to have the crew leader and management positions. The owner went on a tirade when sitting us down about former President Obama and the ACA in an effort to intimidate us from signing up for healthcare.

Everyone is looking out for another and never wants to or even allows someone else to fail someone steps in before that would ever happen. Even the managers step into the kitchen to help out if we are behind or short staffed that day.

I enjoy s few amazing hard working employees and managers. They are not all appreciated and some changing employment soon. The select are supportive, helpful, willing to take time to teach and encourage you to be amazing. Not many Directors do this. I am thankful for this few!

The team work and when we get through a rush we cheer. Great communication and everything is communicated positively and respectfully.

Some of the amazing coworkers and when I was interacting with customers some were amazing as well. They made my day! As you may be disciplined for something someone else can walk up and do the same thing. If they are favored they will not be spoken to at all while you were.
