They genuinely care about you as a person and want you to succeed. They listen and want to understand the challenges and offer support and ways for you to tackle on your own, if you prefer. There is a lot of support for growth.

They truly value the employees. By value I mean monetarily. Small new shareholder buy-in? A cut of the profits went to the team. I had an extra 55k bonus from this. Most companies a handful of people at the top make out while everyone else toils away. You don't just feel valued here. You are valued.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

People are patient and willing to help. Most people keep things light at meetings and keep a good sense of humor. Lots of support around you. A LOT of DEIB training, support, and guidance.

There have been a lot of series that people can participate in that do not necessarily line up with our line of work but make us better humans (i.e. financial wellness, community conversations, social hubs, DEIB, etc.)

People truly celebrate and support each other. Ex: In an early morning meeting someone "just barely couldn't even" and had their camera pointed to the ceiling. They occasionally would thumbs up or wave at it to respond. Everyone celebrated that honesty rather than shaming it as unprofessional
