As a former top-selling senior bridal stylist of my team, I think there should be a little bit more honesty & communication with tenure members, so that there's no question about expectations. I think those who do an exponential job at what they do should be offered more & considered for promotions.

There's no wage transparency, and to learn that my equal counterpart was making $16 an hour, I was gutted. I am not making much more, but we both spend all of our waking hours trying to hold down the fort. The emotional toll outside of time punches is priceless.

My direct employees respect me and are ready to play as a team. My store manager is absent and disconnected to an extreme. As the middleman, I find myself having to pacify my good employees in the hopes they they don't leave because they know they don't deserve this environment.

Training on teamwork through assisting one another with customers, customer service through etiquette and respect of others customers, speaking with respect in the workplace. Learn to share workspace and not claim territory, CSR should not show favoritism in the assignment of customers.

Known as a fast yet unreliable chain. Has a negative social media presence due to an unhappy client base. At the same time, there's a perception that because this is bridal, we can work miracles. We are so overworked we can barely help ourselves.
