Always make time for questions and conversation, flat structure of the company, sense of community
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Change of performance review frequency, how certifications are valued, same pay for a year despite high inflation and rising living costs. I think the reviews should be more frequent to match the pace at which the global and personal economical outlooks are changing.
