Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my contributions to the company have not been fully recognized in my current compensation package. I am eager to continue growing and contributing to the company's success, and an increase in my salary or a performance-based bonus would be a way for the company to show its appreciation.
