Very positive. I feel part of the business, listened to and empowered to contribute to the best of my abilities. Of course there are frustrations but without the lows there cannot be highs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid very well, my only reservation is no pay rise in 2+ years = a real terms pay cut in the face of major inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the core values of the business revolve around doing the right things for our people, our partners, our customers an, as much as it's relevant, for our wider place in the world. Dynatrace is, in my mind a 'good' company and intentionally a 'force for good'.
