Dynatrace fits my idea of how a company should be. Brave when choosing but cautious and analytical about the consequences. We have defects, some of them come from our unexpected growth. Dynatrace is hiring and promoting us to improve processes and help with the changes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fresh attitude. Juniors have lots of motivation and eagerness. Senior people that enters has a juvenile attitude and will to challenge themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachability, good manners, good ethics. All managers I met in DT have good social skills and are easy to contact. This facilitates communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is competent but uneven if compared with other regions. In my office (Barcelona Spain) We lack benefits that are granted in other labs, which is unjustified.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what we do. Observability is super cool topic in my eyes. Dynatrace is an innovator in this field. I like the people I work with; I consider them some of the best people I met in any work experience. Kudos to recruiters in Barcelona. I love how much People ops and Office management cares.
