The autonomy principle is a joke. Other than that the culture is good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We bend over backwards to eat our dog food even if our product does not have the right capabilities. That's fine if we would then work on developing the right capabilities. But we don't in a lot of cases.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market rate for my talent is higher than what I get. I know this from the offers I get. I haven't taken them (yet), because I like working for Dynatrace. However, the way salary topics especially around inflation are handled and communicated by the senior leadership has me strongly reconsidering
