Again like the leaders, nice, supportive and genuine. No negativity in our team.

Nice genuine people who care about customers and employees. Very supportive, positive and always encouraging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The accelerators and extra spiffs are amazing at Dynatrace, best I've seen. Plus the share options are good too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership has the most positive vibe. This partly I believe emanates from having a great product that delivers many benefits to customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and understanding about Dynatrace every day keeps me motivated to learn even more! The people are amazing and I love our product so much.
