high woman count (not common in dev teams!), workplace fun, helpful, professional and knowledgeable team members
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People try to achieve something and move forward. There is not so much quarrel culture or trying to move away responsibilities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I look at other people around me (friends, aquaintances which work in IT in the same area, they have a good deal higher salary than me)
