I have been with Dynatrace for just over a year. I have never been more happy to be at a job. That sounds crazy, but I like the work I am doing. I enjoy that my feedback and ideas are valued. My team trust me to make decisions. I also feel challenged with the projects I am working on.

I really enjoy the friendly environment. I feel as though people actually care about each other

I really love the team that I am on. I also really love being a remote employee. It has allowed me to have a more fulfilled work / life balance
