It has been trial by fire but I adapt quickly and really enjoy having an active role in improving processes, learning and appreciate how my work directly impacts corporate goals.

Clear goals and a focus on where they want the company to be in 5 years.

When I feel my inter-departmental interactions have a sense of teamwork and not an 'us against them' feel.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel the lines of being direct versus rude are crossed and not proactively checked by management when it is known. It is addressed when brought directly to management's attention so in that sense I feel supported. My philosophy is to take the high road but it is distracting.
