The people I work with make me the most happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hands down it's the people. I really enjoy everyone I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is so willing to help at any point in time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that a lot of team meetings are hosted throughout the course of the year, and they're pretty transparent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued as an employee. I'm very happy at Dynatrace. But I do think I'm underpaid based on the work I'm doing.
