Very determined to keep investors happy. They speak about changing culture. Investing in the new way of Security.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We should all be on the same team "Team Dynatrace" very common to hear that we are three different companies (Old Compuware Team, Boston Dynatrace Team and everyone else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better cross-team alignment. Everyone seems to be at it individually (Silo effect). Same product with near Zero visibility cross-team wise. "I don't report to you or your boss so why would I keep you in the Loop?" Very common when questioned.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing every day with the Cultural challenges and how to overcome them. Testing myself on not allowing the individualism impact how I do business and treat others (Internally and externally). Knowing that I am developing better leadership skills in order to survive the very political environment.
