Solving problems and being recognized for my work.

They are focused but humble and willing to adjust course in the name of improvement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am relied on due to my skills and experience, but not recognized. Management rewards accomplishments that are high-visibility but low-yield. Better evaluation of operational performance when determining advancement or increasing financial compensation would make me feel my efforts are valued.
