I have only been here for 4.5 months so I am still learning. I wish there was more structure to our role and clearer expectations and performance metrics to hit or achieve. It isn't fully clear how to get promoted

ESPP is great! and the contribution for the HSA.

everyone is very willing to help and care about each others success
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems like the leadership team is really invested in the success of the company and is in sync with our customer experience
