I really enjoy working at Dynatrace. I think leadership consistently works to uplevel the product, which means there is always something new to learn and we continually offer best in class service to clients.

There's a really decent level of transparency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite being fully remote, there is still a good level of knowledge sharing across the team, which I think is something that is sometimes sacrificed in remote only environments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The recent changes to Dynatrace's time off policy (moving from a fixed number of days to unlimited within reason) has better aligned Dynatrace with its peers and the industry overall.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me personally, it's the flexibility of a remote role-- working from home really enhances my quality of life, but the team does a great job at intentionally building in opportunities for connection.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing great service to our clients-- that manifests in several different ways across our client portfolio. But, I really enjoy interfacing with clients, solving problems, and showcasing how great Dynatrace is pretty much on a daily basis.
