I enjoy being a part of Dynatrace and honestly look forward to coming to the office every day. Right now, there is a lot of change (global) that has an impact on my workload. But as soon as that is settled, my work-life balance should be good again :)

great team, personality, drive, creativity.. I think of them as friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
feels like I am already doing a job on a higher level with more responsibility than the one I am graded
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately it is even unclear to mean who exactly is meant by "leadership team" and "executive team" so I cannot answer that questions
