Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The value that I bring to both the company and the clients is not reflected in my compensation at Dynatrace. Other companies that have very similar roles are offering much higher compensation. Working at Dynatrace at a Senior level, I am barely making a living wage.
