Accepted and valued, from the start the whole company was welcoming. My role and expectations of me have always been clear but fair, I feel strongly that my team would support me if was not coping, they would give me what I need to get back on track.

I think it's great that the departments are mixing and getting to know each other, we not siloed to our own teams
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel appreciated and heard, my time is not taken for granted and I am not micromanaged. We share a work ethic and trust to get the work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The positivity of the leadership team is so refreshing, even if something is not working as it should, there's no blame or looking for a scapegoat, we just find a solution. We are all appreciated for our contribution, however small.
