when my reps do well and make money and i do well and make money. their success is my success and im incentivized based on it.

how challenging it is. i am motivated by success, being the best, and improving and theres always something i could be doing better or learning more about.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
how supportive it is and how it fosters a culture of learning and improvement. i want to be better because i have the support necessary to do so and the encouragement from my leaders and peers.
