I am free to operate how I see fit, as long as I drive the needed results. This autonomy is what I love most about my job. I pray it never goes away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Executive leadership take actions to show they care. There are feedback channels for the lowest part of the org chart. The hiring model has ensured great talent that put in hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is highly competitive I love being able to invest in our company through ESPP Unlimited PTO will be HUGE. - It was my biggest disappointment with the benefits package prior to its announcement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their approach with company finances has protected the org from layoffs while seemingly all major tech brands are going through cuts. They ensure we are an innovative and competitive solution moving into adjacent markets to keep growth going.
