I love the support, enthusiasm and energy of my team. We're concerned about each other's careers as well as personal self-improvement goals.

There's always new projects to hop on into and management and the team really listen to what I want to try out and try their best to make it happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility that our Dynatrace Work Model gives. It instills a sense of responsibility in me to manage my time and work life balance. Also, major plus considering it reduces the chance of being micromanaged.
