I really proud of working at this company, because my co-workers and Global team are truly working toward a positive and successful outcome. Only RVP is not, because he does not share to me information and he sometimes suddenly reject important customer calls without explanation

I would like to work and learn under competent and high level manager and RVP.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support from the APAC team is very fast and friendly, the work is never stagnant if I ask them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dynatrace do not have much awareness in our country, and we need to improve. So we need the top relationship as competitors are doing. However our RVP does not work in our country at all, though he appeals himself as hard worker to only internal global team.
