They should walk the talk. They only speak about company values whet it's beneficial to them, but company values are only for employees to follow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Turn that ship around? Company new direction is focused on investors, painting the grass green and looking good for prom night. Stock price is our only KPI now.

They are very supportive to each other. Sharing the knowledge and time to help their collegues. Actually caring about the team and the teams they're collaborating with. Always open and willing to improve.
