Competitive salary without hidden drawbacks, really no insistence on overtime without end, not only on paper.

It lets me work and helps when needed. Not a constant burden in one way or another (classical project driven organizations) as I was used to elsewhere.
What makes you most happy at work?
next to no bs, working on an actually used software, working together, not against / with a reluctant business side on questionable projects, a product we (company) control completely, time to do it right without having to apologize.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nobody playing mind games about made up deadlines not being reached. the quality counts, not the show-off quantity. also visible in a review. if not much got done, we stop earlier, not inflate it with uselessly talking about minor tickets for ages.
