I have nothing but positive experiences with Dynatrace since starting. The company is so engaging and inviting with all of the greatest employees on board to work with and learn from.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relaxed and engaging environment makes me very happy to be at work and drives me to do more and be better every single day!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair wages. Just the fact that it does not appear that we low ball any position within the company. That is not what you see across the board at other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is extremely helpful and kind. Everyone works as a team and helps one another with their tasks if they are out of office for the day or anything else!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team across all facets of this company is very understanding, smart, integrative, innovative, empathetic, and are just great leaders. In many companies there are the wrong people in leadership positions, driving good employees out the door. The is NOT the case here at Dynatrace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dynatrace of very forward thinking and I cant brag about that enough. The culture is very inclusive and still looks for ways to do better and be better in that area. I really don't see there being a better company than Dynatrace to work for in all honesty.
