It feels like everyone is on an equal platform regardless of title. It allows people to be people rather than a number.

The people create the culture. You can truly feel and experience the culture rather than it being posted on a wall without any action.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's a wide variety of monetary incentives for each employee. By the way the comp package is setup, you can tell that Dynatrace truly values everyone they bring onboard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The openness from each leader. There's no intimidating aura when it comes to our leaders. You can literally walk up to each of them and have conversation without any single person making you feel like they're above you.
