I enjoy working in a big multicultural company. I have the chance to interact with the people from my lab and help them to improve and grow. At the same time, I can help people from other labs do the same and take advantage of all their insights to improve the company. I feel I have the freedom!

We come from different experiences, backgrounds and cultures, so every perspective and opinion is different and this helps the team to grow!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mainly flexibility, having the opportunity to work remotely and to travel to other labs to meet my colleagues and understand their perspectives to improve as organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would like them to include people in their decisions. There are several approaches we can use as a company to properly listen to our employees. This way we all would feel more motivated and engaged.
