An overall feeling about people looking out for each other, striving to do better. Lots of learning every day, given many opportunities to grow and learn new things in the IT world. My boss gives me a lot of freedom to do what we see fit. No micromanagement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I honestly feel that the company desires to be the best, most customer-centric company in the world but doesn't want to pay its workforce a commensurate rate. Also, Those who go above and beyond are compensated the same as those who fail to meet expectations.
