Working with smart people who value their work, bringing solutions for customers to address their problems with our software.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bold vision, attacking the future leadership position on the market by shaping the industry, not only following the competitors. Trying to attract new talent and retain existing with autonomy principle and impactful product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomy principle in action - we can try new methods and approaches and improve them over time, open minded people with critical thinking and problem solving skills, (in some areas) good environment to grow internal leaders and give wide ownership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Th base salary and regular merit cycles are very important to me. With the inflation it can diminish the value, cso please take it into account. I find STI package important, as I can benefit from good results of my company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great engineering skillset and problem solving mindset, high level of motivation to deliver value to customers, good agility to embrace the opportunities from 3rd gen, but still more guidance is needed about rearchitecting our platform and design the the future product portfolio.
