As a college graduate new to the workforce, Dynatrace offered me substantially higher compensation than all other job offers.

My team gets along super well! I consider myself blessed to have a job where my team works so well together and is able to find humor in all situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about Dynatrace culture is the hunger to always be improving. Whether we are improving our products or our internal processes, everyone is always trying to find ways to make things better than before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team puts together monthly all employee meetings to give us an update on how the company is doing as a whole and what they are currently focusing on. Makes me feel like I am fully involved and aware of the state of our company.
