The vacation time as well as the needed time off for sick days is amazing!

Recognizing that all employees are equal and no one should be treated differently because of their title.

To actually do their job and not choose what they only want to do to gain recognition.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We all have a duty when coming into the office, titles should not judge ones self image. Get rid of the lines between departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid what I should be paid would be one thing. The other is that we as employees pay so much for insurance only for it to cover so little.
