Dynatrace is an exceptional company to work for. We are so incredibly well-paid for our hard work and commended when we do so. They have some work to do when it comes to expanding these great opportunities to more diverse hires but they are trying every day to improve how they operate.

Sense of unity and humanity over just money.

Fantastic! Very transparent leadership with quality people and views.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and a sense of purpose and learning.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Employee Stock Program. However, a more competitive Parental Leave Policy would be nice to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are all so much smarter than me and that's a great position to be in. I look forward to learning from them every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The horizontal design of the company, meaning I don't have to be afraid to reach out to anyone C-level or otherwise, we are encouraged to communicate openly and freely.
