Seeing customers receive such a high level of value from our product that their day improves.

It is very competitive and does not leave me wondering if I can do better somewhere else.

The culture is very open and energetic. If you want to be involved in innovation it is there.

I don't really have a best part. I think that the entire package is fair and competitive in the market.

My team is very energized about our company vision and the steps that we are taking to get there. They feel very connected.

We have gone to a more casual environment, but we have not lost the energy and empowerment in the employee base. It is the best of both.

Great vision, great execution! The competition is always trying to figure out what we are going to do next. So fun to be on the winning team!

How transparent, honest and open they are. Always sharing what is next and how it maps to all the groups. Its a real treat to be on the receiving end of such thoughtful leaders.
