We all want the company to succeed and that's evident all the way up to the CEO. We're all invested.

It's a fun place to work. We all work very hard, but we have fun events that give us a break to enjoy one another.

We all know the key culture attributes that the company strives for all of us to achieve. Quarterly, key employees/teams are recognized during All Team meetings.

I enjoy what I do. I enjoy being recognized for what I do. And I like my team - they are a great group of people.

They are all passionate about the work we do at Dynatrace and want all of us to succeed. Through monthly All Team meetings we receive communications from the leadership team.
