Work hard play hard. Good and "grown up" environment where people aren't looking over shoulder.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead from the front but also allow you to spread your wings and be flexible in your role. This not a company where you managed under a microscope, instead you are given freedom and are able to bring new ideas in and do the role as you see best.
What makes you most happy at work?
I thoroughly enjoy my job, I work fro a great company and I work with good people who are helpful. I am more successful now, when I don't have a manager looking at my daily activity because i'm left to work at my own pace which allows me to get the job done
