The team is consistently upbeat and works to solve the problem. There is very little complaining and a lot of can do attitudes.

Focusing on a single task and getting it done in a day. Sometimes difficult to do with the number of different initiatives and meetings.

The people. The individuals I work with make coming to work everyday a pleasure, especially knowing that almost everyone has your back and is working towards the same goals.
