having a process to apply for raises would be nice, being transparent about if you will/won't provide raises

Needs to be an annual evaluation system in place, with a clear path for outstanding performing employees to earn raises.

Strategic planning on what the market needs in the future, investing in innovation, and how they have handled covid for all employees

fantastic work life balance, seriously smart and intelligent people with great excellent humor at every level, winning is contagious, people have hearts and show compassion for others

They are open to new ideas, failing fast, and any solutions that make us as an organization stronger and maintain us being the very best. The leadership team has made some key hires that bring in the best talent around!
