Everyone believes in the goals of Dynatrace. We work together towards these goals. It makes dealing with conflict much easier.

The leadership team believes in the individual members, they work hard to give the individual contributors the resources we need to get our jobs done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others back. I know I can reach out to my team and they'll be there to help to the best of their ability.
