Working with organizations to understand their challenges and goals around performance monitoring and ensuring customer experience and leveraging Dynatrace to help them achieve those goals and conquer those challenges
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate all on my team - from my direct peers and including the other parts of the organization that I work with who assist me in my role - SDR, SE, CSM, Marketing Manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In prior organizations, there has been a mechanism in place to review annual salary, which has not happened at Dynatrace. It is not just the compensation that is the most important. It is feeling that I am part of a team and supported by my management and I would not say that exists at my level.
