It would be nice to have some sort of path in terms of raises, because right now, it's pretty random.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge is great. Talking about cool, cutting-edge technology is cool as well. Overall, great vibe here and I've made a lot of great friends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative and excited about being here. We all bounce ideas off of each other all day long, and help each other navigate through difficult opportunities. Very helpful group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lot of great people that come to work happy makes all the difference. People get frustrated sometimes, but for all good reasons. It's a challenge worth working towards and I think everyone is on the same page.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always innovating and keeping things interesting. Although Dynatrace is the best of the best when it comes to APM, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done to sell it to customers. The guidance and challenges that our leadership team presents to us, keep me coming back for me.
