Just being around my work mates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's a very open, friendly, inclusive environment. A very diverse team and everyone is very well aware of the cultural, religious sensitivities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It a very strong personal bond that I have developed with every individual within the leadership team. The constant feedback for the area of improvement is what I like the best.
